Pamela Fox grew up and currently lives in Marin County, California. She has a degree in communications from San Francisco State University and worked in a variety of fields, including publishing and television news, before taking time off to care for her first child.

As a mom of two young children, Pamela created the award-winning website MarinMommies.com in 2007. Marin Mommies was developed to be a place for parents and families in Marin County and the San Francisco Bay Area to learn more about family outings, holiday activities, parenting tips, food and dining, and more, all from an insider’s perspective.

Marin Mommies is the winner of the 2009 Nick’s Parents Picks Award for best local parenting.
